Verbal and Physical Management Of Aggressive and Violent Behaviour in the Workplace: Level #2
This four hour workshop is the follow-up to the three hour seminar, which is designed to teach employees the physical skills needed when non-verbal and verbal skills fail. The techniques taught are designed as a last resort when the employee finds himself or herself under physical attack and escape is not possible. Topics covered include:
- Self-protection stance
- Break contact techniques when grabbed and being held by a client
- Blocking techniques
- Stun techniques
- Team control, restraint and rescue
